What kind of shopping do you like?

     Every person wants to get what they want by buying this thing; also each one has favorite approach to make his or her shopping. Some prefer to go to store and other prefers shopping online. There are many differences between store and internet shopping such as display, locations and communications.

    Product’s display has main reason in the quality of the products. By shopping at a store the customers are able to physically touch and handle items they are interested in buying. In contrast, online shopping is forced to display items using only pictures, graphics and text based product descriptions. In this case customer decides what his standard for their quality. For example, when I want to buy any product from TARGET, I prefer to see and touch it . Instead, my friend buy everything from internet and always we  are arguing in buying because she do not care what is the material,but for me I care a lot.   

      Moreover, customer may find location is another reason regarding in how he want to buy his products.  Physical store locations can limit the amount of customer traffic and foot traffic from shoppers, especially if they are not in a bigger city or metro area. However, online shopping is not limited to one location and has no geographical boundaries like a traditional storefront has. Also, online shopping has no limits and can typically service local, national and international customers.

     In addition, communication can effect on customer buying procedure. Store shopping has face-to-face interaction with salesperson; the customers find by shopping at a physical business location can ask immediately and see the reactions.  On the other hand, it can be harder to communicate with customers through an online store. Also, it may have a hard time getting information across to the customer and must be sure to answer all possible buyer questions through text and graphics on the site so there is no confusion during the purchase. For instance, in Japan privacy is very important and emotional involvement is more important on a pension's site than on a shopping site. 

      In brief, there are several differences between shopping in a store and online in when, how, and where you make your shopping. Thus, each customer has diced which approach it’s comfortable for him.
